The venue was fairly clean and the staff were always polite. I asked for a twin/double room and the one given was perfect and fantastic. Had exceptionally comfortable bed with the sea view. Central location of this old-fashioned hotel was a bonus. No complaint, really, had a really great stay in the old town.

My stay was enjoyable in the old town. It had convenient and ideal location a few steps away from Boca del Calvari Museum. The hotel was 20 minutes away from the train station. Huge rooms, panoramic views of beach & promenade, the staff was very amiable. I thoroughly enjoyed both wake-up service and comfortable bed.

Everyone working at this perfect hotel was super-friendly. It was clean, everyone was always polite and pleasant. The room was huge and fairly quiet, had best private bathroom. First-class service, although a few employees were rather noisy. The location was central, adjacent to shops and bars and beach.

Had a perfectly pleasant stay here. We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, but everything was fab. Its location in Benidorm was perfect and convenient, really close to Benidorm in the future, the centre and the sea front at the port, edge of the Old Town and start of Poniente beach. The staff was helpful, took good care of everyone.

It is a perfect and impressive property located in Benidorm Old Town district close enough to all bars and restaurants, the beach, shops and restaurants in the Old Town, and the centre.
